To develop business from both outgoing and incoming contacts, with all customers held on the database and to sell the products and services of the Group. In addition to also perform any other activities as requested To exceed all departmental goals by developing and implementing market strategies to generate new business for all lending companies within the group. To self manage your performance to exceed targets make preliminary underwriting decision on all applications. To chase new and existing business by analyzing own database, pending list and funding list 1 Generate business by contacting brokers on a daily basis, from the existing and new databases 2 Review media publications daily and weekly and contact potential brokers 3 Diaries all potential brokers on a suitable time scale to follow 4 Control all diaries for the BDM under instruction by BDM 5 Send out broker packs 6 On a daily basis track all issues from all companies within the group 7 Maintain your own database on a daily basis 8 Provide feedback on a daily basis to team members (best advise email and industry mags) 9 Develop and maintain MIS Reports 10 Exceed agreed goals as per objectives 11 Broker goals as per objectives 12 Collate issued deals list everyday 13 Motivate other team members and provide new ideas and best practice when available 14 Ensure workstation is tidy at all time 15 Work closely with TL*BLM*BDM*NSM to ensure all departmental goals are achieved 16 Collate Feedback from BDM (contacts) 17 Carry out any other duties that may be required from time to time by the Group 18 Assist in the devising and development and implementation of marketing plans 19 Collate and screen data for marketing purposes 20 Identify and use your imitative providing new business opportunities 21 Work with the best interests of the company and client at all times within the industry guidelines
Basic salary is negotiable from Ј14k to Ј16,500 with an OTE of cЈ23k (monthly bonuses)
